October 2025 Dubai Property Market Reaches Historic High

Record-Breaking Transactions Ahead of Year-End

According to fäm Properties, 19,875 deals worth AED 59.4 billion were recorded in October alone, bringing the annual total to 178,244 transactions. With two months remaining, 2025 is on track to become Dubai’s most active year in real estate history.

Apartments Lead, Land Sales Surge

  • Apartments: 16,238 sales worth AED 31 billion, up 3.4% YoY.
  • Villas: 2,549 sales worth AED 15.5 billion, down 36.8% YoY.
  • Land: 399 plots sold for AED 11 billion, a 23.9% annual increase.

 

Commercial Real Estate Sees 61.7% Growth

The commercial sector recorded 689 transactions worth AED 1.9 billion, up 61.7% year-on-year.
Average price per sq.ft. rose 6.7% to AED 1,692.
