Winsun Asset Management Launches “WinMore” Project
【Taipei, Taiwan】
Winsun Asset Management Co., Ltd. held the “Dubai Real Estate Investment Seminar” on 2015 December 6, officially unveiling its latest initiative, the WinMore Project. The seminar focused on current trends in Dubai’s real estate market and marked the first comprehensive presentation of WinMore’s innovative investment and collaboration model. The event attracted investors with strong interest in overseas asset allocation, premium real estate, and international market expansion.

In recent years, Dubai has emerged as a key destination for global high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors, supported by a stable policy environment, a clear long-term urban development vision, and continued inflows of international capital. According to Winsun Asset Management, as Dubai’s real estate market enters a more mature and institutionalized phase, the key question for investors is no longer whether to enter the market, but how to do so in a more efficient and structured manner.
The WinMore Project was created in response to this shift.
Led by Winsun Asset Management, the project integrates in-depth local market research, developer resources, and investor demand to introduce a new business model centered on scale aggregation, enhanced bargaining power, and reduced individual investment barriers. Through a structured and systematized approach, WinMore enables investors to access the Dubai real estate market under more favorable conditions, while maintaining disciplined risk management and long-term strategic flexibility.
During the seminar, the Winsun Asset Management team also shared insights into the latest dynamics of Dubai’s property market, including supply and demand fundamentals, key development districts, differences between Ready properties and Off-Plan projects, and trends in international capital allocation toward Dubai real estate. These discussions were designed to help participants build a clearer and more practical understanding of the market.

Winsun Asset Management emphasized that WinMore is not a single standalone investment offering, but a sustainable cross-border investment platform. With Dubai as its core market, the company plans to continue strengthening partnerships with international developers, professional institutions, and strategic collaborators, creating a more transparent, structured, and scalable model for overseas real estate participation.
The December 6 seminar represents an important milestone for Winsun Asset Management in the international real estate investment arena and marks the official launch of the WinMore Project. Through this new model, the company aims to help investors participate in the long-term growth of Dubai’s real estate market in a rational, professional, and repeatable manner.
