The Osaka Integrated Resort, operated by "Osaka IR Co., Ltd.," is set to open in 2030, backed by a consortium of 20 companies including MGM International Hotel Group, Orix, Panasonic Financial Holdings, and Daikin Industries. It is projected to boost the Kansai region's annual economic benefits by 1.1 trillion yen (approximately NT$254 billion) and create 93,000 jobs. Weishan Group President Lin Bojun stated that he is optimistic about the business opportunities from the 2030 Osaka Integrated Resort. As international hotel chains flock to Osaka, Winsun Group is planting its flag early in Japan by targeting the tourism and hospitality sector with hotel-style apartments to capture the global tourism market. Winsun Group chose the hotel-style apartment model for tourism and hospitality to enable consumers to immerse themselves in local lifestyles and cultures.

FMi Co., Ltd. Operations Director Su Junlin noted that the company entered into the Japanese market a decade ago and has focused on Osaka for the past six years, betting on the city's tourism growth potential. After launching the The PEAK hotel-style apartment brand, it has successfully expanded to over 30 projects within five years, partnering with international funds, Singaporean and Hong Kong-listed companies, such as Starry Group.

Winsun Group, with pan-entertainment as its core business, made waves in the art auction market in 2022 with Winsun Auctions; in 2023, it partnered with Vietnam's VTP Group to enter Vietnam's e-commerce live-streaming business via Winsun E-commerce; and in 2024, it expanded into Japan's tourism and hospitality industry through collaboration with FMi Co., Ltd. on The PEAK in Shinsaibashi, Osaka. Looking ahead, it will develop live-streaming products to capitalize on surging cultural tourism demand and seize opportunities in the 2030 Japan Osaka Integrated Resort market.
